Rebecca Casey
Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Rebecca moved to New York four years ago with the desire to work in the non-profit sector and utilize her background in sociology and social policy. She received her BA at Trinity College Dublin, as well as participating in the Erasmus Program at the University of Malta.
Rebecca spent her first year in NYC at various non-profits helping those affected by homelessness and HIV, and was involved with a social research project examining the relationship between these factors and their effect on employment attitudes for that demographic. Following this assignment, Rebecca interned with a fashion photographer in Chelsea with the goal of becoming a stylist, and made a number of contacts and began to assist on shoots.
While Rebecca continues to carry the same passion for fashion and styling, the need to engage with and help others was missing. With years of experience in customer service and the service industry, real estate soon became a natural fit.
As a resident of Greenpoint herself, Rebecca primarily works in the Brooklyn area and will be happy to give pointers on some of the hot spots in across the neighborhood!
