New York Real Estate Standard Operating Procedures  

Pursuant to New York State law, Coda Real Estate Nyc (“Coda”) Is required to publish its Standard Operating Procedures

that detail prerequisites that all Potential homebuyers (“Potential Buyers”) must meet before

they receive services from Coda Real Estate Nyc.

Coda Real Estate Nyc agents must execute these pre-services procedures comsistently with respect to

any Potential Buyer.

 

-        Potential Buyer Representation Agreement. Coda Real Estate Nyc does not require Potential Buyers to

sign an exclusive buyer representation agreement to work with an agent at Coda Real Estate Nyc, however,

a potential buyer and Coda agent may agree to utilize an exclusive buyer representation agreement.

 

-        Proof of Pre-Approval for a Potential Buyer. Coda does not require Potential

Buyers to provide proof of a loan or mortgage pre-approval to work with a

Coda agent; however, a third party, including a listing agent or Seller, may require

proof of pre-approval, including but not limited to, prior to attending a showing or open

house or receiving an offer from the Prospective Buyer.

 

-        Identification. Coda Real Estate Nyc does not require Potential Buyers to

provide identification to work with a Coda agent. However, Potential Buyers may

be required to show proof of identification to (i) attend an open house or showing at the direction of a

homeowner or listing agent, or (ii) in any other circumstance as directed by a third party,

including but not limited to, a seller or listing agent.
